The Ogun State Security Corps recovers a stolen motorcycle from fleeing suspects

The Social Orientation and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps) has recovered a Bajaj Motorcycle believed to have been stolen by criminals in Ogun State.

The details were revealed in a press release signed by So-Safe Corps spokesperson Moruf Yusuf on Tuesday.

The Isheri/Akute/Ajuwon Area Command Officers of the Corps, led by ACC Ige Olurotimi, were on routine patrol at Alagbole, Ajuwon in Ifo local government area when they saw some men pushing a red Boxer Bajaj motocycle with registration number JGB 053 VC and were stopped at around 0300hrs on Friday, December 2, 2022. 

“When the So-Safe men saw them coming down from their motorcycle, they took to their heels and left the suspected stolen motorcycle behind.”

“All effort to get them apprehended proved abortive but men of the corps have been charged to ensure their speedy apprehension.” 

The recovered motorcycle was handed over to the Nigeria Police – Ajuwon Divisional Headquarter for further investigation. 

The So-Safe Corps also stated that the motorcycle would be returned to the original owner when he arrived.
