Popular Nollywood actress Susan Peters has taken to social media to lament the theft of her phone during the Service of Songs held in honor of Alexx Ekubo at Monarch Event Centre in Lagos.
In a lengthy Instagram post, the actress disclosed that the missing device is a white iPhone 16 Pro Max containing her foreign phone number. She appealed to whoever took the phone to return it, warning that the device can be traced.
“Just return it please, it will be traced so don’t bother selling it too, because everyone will enter trouble. Please just return it.”
Susan further revealed that her phone was not the only one stolen, claiming that more than ten phones reportedly went missing during the event.
Expressing disappointment over the incident, she questioned how anyone could attend such an emotional gathering and still engage in theft, especially after a sermon delivered by Jerry Eze.
“After the preaching yesterday, how do people come to such an emotional event and still have the guts to steal? Even after all Jerry Eze preached?”
