Peter Okoye of the P-Square group, a well-known Nigerian musician, has said that Nigeria is ill right now and needs medical attention.
The Afro-beat musician urged Nigerians to use intelligent judgment when casting their ballots in the upcoming presidential election, hailing Peter Obi of the Labour Party as the sole physician required to treat the nation.
The musician, better known by his stage as Mr. P, urged eligible voters to cast their ballots for a skilled leader who would be able to address the nation’s many problems in a series of tweets on his verified Twitter account.
He noted: “Vote wisely Nigeria is very sick and very ill already, and for those who decide to be tribal bigots by bringing tribal and ethnicity towards 2023, ask yourselves, where is Nigeria today?
“How did we get here? Who are those that put us in this present mess?
“Nigeria is sick already and needs healing right now. And the only doctor is @PeterObi inshala . Vote wisely! Vote @NgLabour”.
