Despite rising living costs that have pushed the majority of Nigerians into multidimensional poverty, the Federal Government has maintained that Nigeria is not bankrupt.
Dr. Zainab Ahmed, Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning, announced at a news conference in Abuja to unveil the administration’s scorecard in the sector from 2015 to date.
However, the Minister, who was flanked by her counterpart in information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, admitted that Nigeria only faces minor revenue challenges in meeting its obligations.
