Man electrocuted while attempting to steal transformer cable in Benin

A Nigerian man died in Benin, Edo State, while trying to steal transformer cables.

A video that was posted on TikTok documented the incident and showed the man’s dead body after he was electrocuted during the act.

Details from the post state that the man allegedly tried to cut off some cables by jumping into the transformer cage.

Sadly, he was electrocuted during the procedure and instantly passed away.
