A man has reportedly sparked debate online after reacting angrily to his wife’s request for safety measures following his return from abroad after six years.
According to a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @eezharhh, the wife acknowledged that her husband had been responsible throughout his time overseas, consistently providing for the family and staying committed from a distance.
However, the situation reportedly took a different turn on the very night he returned home.
“But the very night he came back, he wanted intimacy and I insisted we both go for tests first. Let’s know our status and be safe,” the post read.
The man was said to have taken offense, accusing his wife of not trusting him and claiming she was emotionally blackmailing him despite his years of loyalty and financial support.
Her request has since divided opinions online, with many users backing her stance as a practical and health-conscious decision after such a long separation.
