A former reverend sister has shared a disturbing bathroom incident involving a fellow nun, which she says left her deeply embarrassed and emotionally affected.
In a post on her Facebook page, Kinse Shako Annastasia recounted that the incident happened in 2016 while she was residing at Covenant Well.
According to her, the encounter with another reverend sister occurred while she was bathing, and she described the experience as psychologically humiliating. She added that despite reporting the matter at the time, no action was taken, and the silence and dismissal of her complaint left her with trauma she carried for years.
She further stated that the same individual was reportedly involved in another unrelated incident within the convent, though she did not disclose details.
Explaining why she chose to speak out years later, she wrote:
“Healing begins when truth is no longer buried in silence. This and many other experiences hurt more than I could handle. And the fact that it happened in the house of God. Lord have mercy.”
