Eva Omaghomi, an elegantly dressed Nigerian woman, stands out at King Charles’ coronation

Eva Omaghomi, a British Nigerian woman, made headlines when she arrived at King Charles III’s coronation dressed in stunning traditional attire with a matching gele (head tie).

Her outfit stood out among the crowd, and social media users praised her for representing Nigerian culture at the event, which took place at Westminster Abbey on May 6th.

Eva Omaghomi isn’t new to the palace; she worked for King Charles and Queen Camilla for 13 years, during his time as Prince of Wales and hers as Duchess of Cornwall.

She is the company’s longest-serving employee, as well as its longest-serving black employee.

This coronation of King Charles III is the first in the United Kingdom since 1953, nearly 70 years ago.
