Sharing her experience on X (formerly Twitter), the lady said she overheard a deeply personal conversation between two men. According to her, one of the men spoke in a low tone, yet his words carried a heavy emotional weight that was hard to ignore.
He began by acknowledging his wife’s qualities, saying she had been a good woman and an amazing mother to their children. However, after a brief pause, he confessed that his feelings had changed.
“My wife is a very good woman… in fact, she’s been an amazing mother to our children.
The problem now is… I don’t love her like I used to. Sometimes I even find myself wondering how I fell in love with her in the first place.”
