A Nigerian lady has gone viral on social media after revealing why her Korean landlady gifted her 300,000 Korean won.
The lady, identified as @Mario-Mbs on X, explained that the unexpected gesture came as a form of appreciation from her landlady.
According to her, the landlady said she decided to reward them because they had never received complaints from neighbors and had not caused any damage to the apartment.
Sharing the experience online, the lady expressed surprise and gratitude over the kind gesture.
“My landlady in Korea just gave us 300k Korean won which is almost ₦282,000 in naira. She said since we’ve never had any complaints from the neighbors and didn’t cause any damage to the house, she wanted to give it to us as a thank you. Honestly, I was so surprised and grateful,” she wrote.
