A Nigerian man who recently learned that his girlfriend had gotten married without telling him has taken to social media to vent his heartbreak.
The man disclosed in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that he spent a night with her at a hotel before learning about the marriage.
He claims that just before they left, she told him the truth and even showed him the wedding videos to support her assertion.
“Bro, I’ve been hearing ‘fear women’, but yesterday’s experience broke me,” he wrote. “My girlfriend got married last weekend and I didn’t know. I invited her, and she came to spend the night with me at a hotel. It was when we were about to leave that she told me she was married and showed me videos from the wedding.”
