A woman revealed that even though her dog, who has been with her for approximately 11 years, bit off her nose when she tried to kiss it good night, she will still keep it.
A post on social media site X (formerly Twitter) disclosed the incident.
The woman described the attack in the post, which happened when she went to kiss her dog before bed.
Describing the aftermath, she said, “After the incident, I went into complete shock. I don’t remember feeling any pain, but when I ran to the bathroom, I saw my face completely torn apart.”
She said she had surgery after being brought to the hospital and was released a few hours later.
When she got home, she discovered the dog acting normally and showing no symptoms of odd behaviour.
