An X user named Brownie claims that while the 15-year-old was making his way home from work, he was stopped by neighborhood boys, who took away his phone and turned him over to security personnel.
Having allegedly spoken with Yusuf’s mother, Brownie asserted that the area boys’ behavior was driven by their claim to the presents they were given during the general election.
However, Yusuf has been charged with theft and assault, with a court trial adjourned to April 28, 2025, with Brownie asserting his innocence.
