Following the viral video of a young mother with matching dyed hair to her baby, Nigerians have called for the establishment of Child Protective Services.
A video circulating on social media shows a mother showing off the condition of her child after changing the color of her hair.
The child had golden hair due to the use of chemical bleaching agents. In the short video, the mother expressed joy while doing it.
This, however, prompted a call for a child protection agency in Nigeria, similar to the one in the United States of America.
