Adekunle Gold, a Nigerian singer, has finally responded to trolls who have accused him of copying Burna Boy’s fashion style.
In response to the allegation, an unconcerned Adekunle took to his Instagram story to state unequivocally that they should brace themselves for more oppression.
He stated:
“I just want to announce that this is the year that I will be pressing your necks real bad. Get ready!”
Adekunle Gold has recently come under fire for a variety of reasons. Aside from his fashion sense, his music video for “Party No Dey Stop” received criticism from fans who felt it failed to convey the song’s message of nonstop partying.
Some Twitter users criticized the video’s use of bright colors and questioned why a party song was shot in the woods.
