
A Nigerian man lost his pregnant wife and unborn children after an Owerri doctor allegedly operated on her using a YouTube video.
A post about the tragic incident went viral on X (formerly Twitter), and it was disclosed that the police had been notified of the situation.
The distraught husband described his hospital stay, saying the surgeon first called someone else to help with the procedure.
But when the medical staff arrived, they allegedly turned to YouTube videos to learn how to operate.
“In the operating room, I saw them pressing their phones, watching YouTube to learn how to perform the surgery,” he stated.
As the story gained traction online, social media users flooded the comment section with reactions, expressing shock and outrage over the incident.
