Graduate heading to Kogi for NYSC rushes back home as mother breaks leg in Ketu trailer accident

A graduate on his way to Kogi for NYSC returns home after receiving the distressing news that his mother was involved in a trailer accident in Ketu and broke her leg.

To raise money for her treatment, he offered his laptop for sale and provided an explanation of the circumstances in a post that was shared on X (formerly Twitter).

The graduate claims that he was on his way to Kogi when his younger sister called to tell him about the terrible accident.

A trailer’s brake failure caused it to crash into the bus his mother was in, leaving her with a broken leg.

He immediately rushed back home, where he found his mother in critical condition and quickly took her to the hospital.

Desperate for assistance, he put his Dell Latitude 5500 laptop up for sale, hoping to raise money for his mother’s medical care.

He described the laptop as a 6th-generation model with a 256GB SSD and a touchscreen, noting that it does not have keyboard lighting but still holds a good battery life. The laptop also comes with a receipt.

His heartfelt post included the following statement:

I was at Akoko heading to Kogi NYSC Camp when I received a call from my younger sister. A trailer’s brake failed in Ketu and crashed into the bus my mum was in, breaking one of her legs. I’ve never felt so broken, helpless, and uncertain about what to do.”

He urged his followers to support him during this difficult time.
