Frederick Leonard, a Nollywood actor, has voiced his annoyance at the growing number of trolls on social media.
The actor posted on his Instagram page on Christmas Day that he had blocked more than fifty people he called “zombies” from his wife Peggy Ovire’s account.
Leonard’s post criticized the entitlement culture on social media, saying:
“It’s Christmas Day, and I have blocked more than 50 zombies on my wife’s page. Social media has really given idiots the false idea that they are entitled to every information concerning your life! I’m still reading comments and still blocking entitled bastards
His remarks reveal the actor’s protective attitude toward his wife, Peggy Ovire, whom he wed in a lavish ceremony in Asaba, Delta State, on November 19, 2022.
Ovire, a fellow Nollywood actress, has frequently discussed their marriage and credited patience as the glue holding them together.
Speaking about their relationship, Leonard had previously described his bride as the only woman he could not live without, a sentiment he shared during their traditional wedding ceremony.
