Raoul John Njeg-Njeng, better known as Skales, has finally addressed his long-running feud with Afrobeats superstar Wizkid.
Remember how the two insulted each other on the microblogging platform Twitter in 2015?
It all started when a Twitter user asked Skales when he and Wizkid would release a single together during a Q&A session with fans, and he replied that WizKid was too busy for him.
Skales explained in a recent interview with Echo Room that he meant it as a joke, but Wizkid took offense.
He revealed that a friend had called him to inform him that WizKid had insulted his father on Twitter as a result of what he had said.
Skales claims that the responses that came from his account at the time were not even from him, but rather from his girlfriend.
He went on to say that he was offended by the entire incident, but that WizKid might have been in a bad mood at the time.
