horrifying update on the terrible passing of Patoranking’s sister and her husband

Following the tragic deaths of Nigerian singer Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie’s sister Chioma and her husband George O Buchi this week, new information has surfaced.

Cutie Juls, an Instagram blogger, revealed that a gas explosion incident occurred at the couple’s home after announcing their tragic deaths.

But in a recent update, Chioma’s close friend Uchechi provided insights, according to media personality and film producer Seun Oloketuyi.

That fateful day, she claimed, Chioma and George were upstairs enjoying a quiet afternoon with their three-year-old son, blissfully unaware of the danger that lay ahead. George suddenly noticed a strange, burning stench permeating the atmosphere. With his senses heightened, he decided to investigate, and Chioma followed closely behind, leaving their baby safely asleep upstairs.

According to Uchechi, just as they were about to open the door to find the source of the sinister smell, their home was rocked by a loud explosion that severely burned George and put him in a coma. Even though Chioma also had burns, she displayed amazing fortitude by calling her father and friends for assistance before neighbors hurried them to the hospital.

She talked about how Chioma showed some hope in the midst of the chaos by being able to take calls despite her injuries. Sadly, that hope was dashed when she passed away on August 30 at approximately 7:38 PM due to her injuries, leaving her friends and family devastated.

The claims of a gas explosion were swiftly denied, which further complicated the story. Seun Oloketuyi’s question revealed that the explosion was not caused by the couple’s inverter battery or gas cylinder, and that the generator home was located some distance away from the main building.
