On Saturday, February 25th, a man named Samuel Arunsi Eze was reportedly beheaded by a political thug named Daniel Mgba during the electoral violence in the Ndi Agwu community of Abam, Arochukwu Local Government Area of Abia State.
According to eyewitnesses, two people were killed during the ongoing general election.
Confirming the heinous incident, eyewitnesses emphasized the importance of peaceful conduct during the electoral process, as the second person involved in the incident was also reportedly killed, according to Tribune.
The incident has sparked widespread condemnation and calls for an extensive investigation as well as justice for the victims.
