The current team has overtaken the feat achieved by the title-winning Invincibles’ from the 2003/04 season who won 26 games.
Mikel Arteta’s men will hope to land a first league title for the club since 2004.
They will end the campaign with a home tie against Everton at the Emirates on Sunday.
