A Nigerian man has stirred conversations online after claiming that a stranger paid him ₦500,000 in exchange for a small quantity of his hair.
According to the story shared on social media, the man said he was walking when a driver in a luxury Mercedes-Benz stopped and approached him with an unusual request.
The stranger reportedly offered him ₦500,000 if he would cut off a small portion of his hair and hand it over. Initially believing it was a joke, the man said he was surprised when the individual insisted he was serious and claimed he simply liked his hair.
The man explained that they returned to his house, where he got a pair of scissors and cut a small amount of his hair. After receiving the hair, the stranger allegedly transferred the promised ₦500,000 to him.
Sharing the experience online, he wrote:
“I can’t believe my eyes, people are still this foolish?? I was walking and this man in Benz stopped and told me he can give me 500k if I do something for him. I actually thought he was playing. He said he likes my hair, if I cut small for him he will send me 500k. We had to go back home which he carried me there. I took scissors and cut small quantity for this man, he legit sent me 500k. Some rich people are foolish o.”
