A young man has stirred intense reactions online after opening up about a painful breakup caused by his girlfriend’s alleged betrayal.
The story, which was shared on Facebook by Auntie Momoza, detailed how the man discovered the shocking truth when he paid an unannounced visit to his girlfriend’s house.
According to him, he walked in on her with another man. Rather than create a scene, he said he held himself together and quietly left. However, the weight of the moment hit him later, and he broke down in tears after getting home.
What hurt him even more, he explained, was not just the incident—but her response afterward.
Instead of calling to explain, apologize, or even deny what happened, she allegedly sent him a short message saying she would send her cousin to pick up her belongings from his place.
The man said her reaction made it seem like she felt no remorse at all.
He further revealed that their relationship lasted three years and that they share a child together, making the situation even more painful for him.
According to his account, after retrieving her things, she sent a final message instructing him to direct any matters concerning their child to her mother.
In his words:
“I visited my girlfriend’s place unannounced and found her with another man. I managed to control myself and walked away. I got home and cried myself to sleep… I expected her to call and try to lie or something, but she only sent a text… My heart just sank. It seemed like she didn’t even care… No remorse, zero.”
He added that he had never cheated or mistreated her and always tried to be a good partner and father, which made the betrayal even harder to process—especially as he claimed the other man involved was married.
