The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has shared a powerful testimony that has left many Nigerians in awe and stirred widespread reactions online.
While speaking during a church programme, Pastor Adeboye recounted an encounter with a woman who persistently sought his attention after a service held in a foreign city. According to the revered cleric, the woman refused to leave even after he had already prayed for her earlier.
“A woman once followed me insistently to my hotel room in a city abroad, even after I had already prayed for her downstairs,” Pastor Adeboye narrated.
He explained that despite his attempts to decline, the woman insisted she needed further prayers and would not take no for an answer. Eventually, they went into the hotel room, where the pastor said he was shocked by what he saw.
“When we got into the room, she lifted her dress and I saw scars all over her body,” he said.
Deeply moved by compassion, Pastor Adeboye prayed for the woman once again. According to him, the outcome was immediate and miraculous, as the scars reportedly vanished completely after the prayer.
The testimony has since generated strong reactions on social media, with many expressing amazement while others shared mixed feelings. One user wrote, “If you don’t believe, scroll. Some of us know God is real.” Another commented, “Miracle or not, this story is confusing but powerful.”
Pastor Adeboye’s revelation has reignited conversations around faith, miracles, and divine healing, reminding many Nigerians of the enduring belief that extraordinary acts can still occur through prayer.
