Pastor Leke Adeboye, son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has set social media abuzz following a prayer he offered concerning his wife.
In a video currently circulating online, Pastor Leke was seen praying fervently, declaring that no woman would appear more attractive than his wife in his presence. He also prayed that any man who seemed physically fitter than him would be absent from church services attended by his wife.
During the prayer session, he said:
“Any woman that wants to look finer than my wife, the person will not make it near me in Jesus’ name. Any brother with six packs that wants to be packer than my own will miss all the services that my wife will attend in Jesus’ name.”
The prayer has generated mixed reactions online. While some viewers described it as a bold expression of love, commitment, and loyalty to his wife, others questioned whether such declarations were appropriate coming from a pastor, sparking widespread debate across social media platforms.
