A man broke into a Sterling Bank branch in Anambra and took a staff member’s cell phone, as seen on a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera.
The incident was shared by a user going by the handle @ChuksEricE on the social media site X (formerly Twitter).
The man, wearing brown native clothing, can be seen moving around the bank grounds while feigning to be on a phone call in the video that is attached to the post.
He seems to be keeping a careful eye on his surroundings while attempting to avoid attracting the attention of bank employees.
As soon as he realized no one was looking, he slipped over to a table and took a cell phone that was resting on it. He stole the phone successfully and hurried out of the bank.
