A Nigerian man has received recognition for his assistance in delivering a heavily pregnant woman’s baby in front of her home after an unplanned labor.
A video of the heartwarming moment was posted on X (formerly Twitter) by user @ChuksEricE.
The woman was seen in the video lying on the ground outside her house, and the man was seen calmly helping her.
e.The video showed the man carefully assisting the woman with the delivery process while distant onlookers could be heard giving directions and advice.
He delivered the baby safely, much to the surprise of many, and was praised for his courage and promptness.
As the post went viral, a large number of Nigerians flocked to the comment section to praise the man’s bravery and share their opinions about the circumstances.
