A Nigerian man has stirred emotional reactions online after a video surfaced showing him making arrangements for his own burial ahead of his passing.
In a video posted on the well-known social media site TikTok, the elderly man was seen pointing to a coffin that he had previously bought.
He responds that he is saving money at the bank to purchase a new coffin when a voice in the video informs him that it looks to be damaged.
“I’m saving up for a new coffin at the bank,” the man said. “I’ve also made plans for the grave—it was dug even before I got the coffin.”
He clarified that his choice was impacted by his own experiences, such as problems with his son and how success had affected him throughout his life.
