A Nigerian man has been listed as wanted by multiple people for allegedly stealing phones from gyms all over the nation.
He was recently seen on CCTV at one of the fitness centers, where he stole a phone while posing as a member.
In a widely shared post on X (formerly Twitter), users @UnclePamilerin, @RetroactiveTB, and others accused the man of committing similar thefts at other gyms.
They claim he enters the gym under false pretenses as a member and then takes the victims’ phones and leaves.
The man is seen in the online video posing as he works out while strolling around the gym before stealthily taking a phone while wearing his cap.
He then leaves the gym without realizing that the CCTV system in the building was recording what he was doing.
As the video went viral, worried people flocked to the comments section, sharing their thoughts and stories of similar experiences.
