Stevanna Elexus, a woman, lamented online after being fired on her first day of work at an airport.
She was seen in the video clip taking off her work vest in her car as she narrated the circumstances surrounding her ordeal.
“This was a crazy first day of work for y’all,” she said.
According to Stevanna, her bosses made a single request during their first meeting: employees should not bring firearms to work.
“We ain’t having this no more, no guns on the premises,” her employer said.
However, it appears that her employers became fed up with employees bringing guns to work and threatened to press felony charges against anyone who did.
“I’m like well, how you gonna start this off on the first day, shouldn’t it be an orientation?” Stevanna said.
Her employer, she added, sent all of the employees home shortly after the meeting.
“Wait a minute, I only worked three hours!” she exclaimed.
Netizens asked her why they had sent everyone home, and she responded:
“Because someone the day before had a gun in their car and told someone, and they told a supervisor.”
