Uba Sandra Chisom, a young woman whose husband was murdered by kidnappers despite a ransom payment, has spoken out against former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Her husband, Henry Ifeka, was kidnapped and murdered despite having paid the ransom demanded for his release.
Sandra lamented on Facebook on Monday evening, May 29, after Buhari handed over power to President Bola Tinubu, that Buhari’s administration had rendered her a widow and left her twin children fatherless.
In her words:
“Dear President Buhari. It saddens my heart that insecurity isn’t tackled till you left office today! My late husband believed in a better Nigeria but you failed him.
“My husband was kidnapped and killed after a ransom was paid leaving me with two children who they made fatherless due to the insecurity in Nigeria. I am now a widow because of lack of security.”
