Anu Adeleke, a 13-year-old girl whose mother has long alleged she is the daughter of Afrobeats star Davido, has publicly called for a DNA test to confirm her paternity.
In a social media post, the teenager said she has faced persistent bullying at school whenever she mentions that the singer is her father. According to her, the ridicule and disbelief from classmates have taken an emotional toll, pushing her to seek clarity about her identity.
For years, Anu’s mother has maintained that Davido is her child’s biological father. However, the award-winning musician, popularly known as the With You crooner, has not publicly acknowledged the claim.
Taking matters into her own hands, Anu tagged Davido directly on Instagram, urging him to agree to a DNA test to resolve the long-standing controversy once and for all.
