A viral video circulating on social media has sparked outrage after community members confronted a young man accused of impregnating his biological sister.
In the video, the man and his visibly pregnant sister were seen sitting on the ground as villagers gathered around them, expressing shock and anger over the alleged incident.
Residents described the situation as a serious violation of the community’s moral and cultural values, with several people questioning how the siblings allegedly became involved in such a relationship.
During the confrontation, the man repeatedly pleaded with those present not to record him. He also tried to hide his face while begging for privacy.
However, one woman in the crowd dismissed his appeal, accusing him of bringing shame to the community.
“Close your mouth. Why dem no go video you when you don cause problem for this community? You get mind give your only sister belle. You no dey shame?” she said.
The woman then turned to the pregnant lady, questioning why she allegedly allowed the situation to happen.
“And you, a grown-up girl like you, why you go allow your own brother give you belle? Where una parents dey?” she asked.
Responding, the pregnant woman appeared unbothered by the criticism and explained that their parents do not live with them.
According to her, she and her brother live together, while their parents reside elsewhere.
The video has continued to generate mixed reactions online, with many people condemning the alleged act and others calling for authorities and social welfare agencies to investigate the situation properly before conclusions are reached.
