Controversial Chuwkuemeka Ohanere, popularly known as Odumeje, an Anambra-based pastor, has revealed that he has completed his earthly journey and will die soon.
Because of his eccentric personality and unusual pattern of spiritual deliverance in his church, the clergyman became a viral sensation.
He made headlines in July 2022 when the Anambra State Government (ANSG) task force nearly demolished his church on Bida Road, Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra State.
Odumeje recently informed his church members during a sermon that he has completed his mission on Earth and will be ‘leaving’ soon.
He stated that he has instructed his son to care for his wife and siblings when he dies, as his time is approaching.
In a viral video, Odumeje can be heard saying in Igbo,
“I called my little son, KingDavid, and told him that your father would be leaving very soon.” You must look after your brothers and mother.
“I came to this world for a purpose, and that purpose has been fulfilled. I have finished my earthly ministry, and I will leave soon.”
