Dele Farotimi confirmed on Arise News’ First 10 Years show that the presidential election was a fraud and that our leaders committed many atrocities to cover it up.
According to him, the figures released in Lagos for the presidential election were already tampered with. It was a sham. The Labour Party won, but there is ample evidence that INEC has proven untrustworthy in terms of declaring results.
He then stated that he would not rely on them because the true result had been released by the PDP. Peter Obi received over 900,000 votes, the PDP received over 100,000, and the APC received the same. Bola Ahmed Tinubu was soundly defeated in Lagos. It was not only the Igbos.
Finally, he stated that the fraudulent presidential election effectively planted the seed of ethnic tensions over Lagos, fitting into the narrative they already wrote. The use of ethnic violence and intimidation reflects the APC’s lack of demonstrable performance in Lagos State.
