A woman has shared an emotional account of how her husband cared for her after she suffered severe burns to both legs in a gas explosion.
According to her, the accident left both legs heavily bandaged and made it impossible for her to walk for several days. During that period, she said her husband took full responsibility for ensuring she was comfortable and properly cared for, despite not knowing how to cook.
She explained that he regularly ordered food before she even had the chance to complain about hunger. He also searched for different ways to support her recovery, bringing home aloe vera products after hearing they could help burns heal faster.
The woman added that her husband later bought a large bottle of honey from a trusted rural vendor after being told it could aid burn treatment. Despite the cost, she said he did not hesitate because her recovery was his priority.
“When a man is unkind, he knows he is unkind. A kind man will never hold back or give excuses,” she said.
She also recalled a difficult night when she urgently needed to use the bathroom but could not walk by herself. Her husband, who had returned late from work, was asleep and did not hear her call for help.
After struggling to reach the bathroom, she accidentally wet herself and became overwhelmed with emotion. Her crying eventually woke him up, and he immediately rushed to assist her.
