Wizkid, the well-known Nigerian singer, has openly criticized Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State and the uncle of fellow musician Davido, for dancing in a video that went viral.
Wizkid expressed his disapproval in a series of posts on his official media page via the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Wizkid made multiple comments that many took to be a subtle jab at singer Davido in what seemed to be a subtle joke.
While Davido has remained silent and has yet to respond, Wizkid escalated the situation by taking a jab at Governor Adeleke, mocking him for dancing in public and sharing a video of the incident.
Wizkid wrote: “When you see people raised by their family, you can tell! You won’t catch my uncle dancing online!”
Social media users have responded strongly to Wizkid’s remarks in response to the post, with many of them criticizing him.
