A Nigerian wife recently gave her husband a brand-new 2024 Volkswagen Teramont as a thank you gift for being a wonderful partner.
The touching moment was caught on camera and went viral on the well-known social media site X (formerly Twitter).
The wife can be heard requesting that her husband shield his eyes in the video.
After he closed his eyes, she gave a moving speech in which she referred to him as the most supportive and ideal husband.
Part of her message reads: “Thank you so much for being an amazing husband, you’re the true definition of odogwu. For pampering me, for treating me like an egg, I don’t even know what to say. I’m at a loss for words.”
She then reveals the surprise, saying, “I bought you a car, a 2024 Volkswagen.” After finishing her speech, she counted to three, prompting him to open his eyes and see the new car. The husband’s response was one of shock and amazement, asking how she managed to pull it off.
The wife excitedly described how she carefully planned the entire surprise and placed her online order for the car.
