Controversial human rights activist and social media commentator, Verydarkman, makes a dramatic U-turn, apologizes to Femi Falana, and retracts earlier defamation claims.
The ongoing social media frenzy involving Bobrisky, EFCC, Femi Falana, and his son, Falz unfolded after Verydarkman released an audio of Bobrisky revealing details about his dealings with EFCC during his prosecution for money laundering charges.
However, Femi Falana’s representatives issued an official statement demanding that Verydarkman retract the defamatory allegations, warning of potential legal actions.
In response, Verydarkman posted a video via Instagram, denying defamation claims against Femi Falana and affirming his respect.
Verydarkman claimed that he was prompted to respond and insisted on a comprehensive investigation into the situation by Bobrisky’s accusations against Femi Falana, which were made public in the audio.
His words ,“I never defamed and will never defame Femi Falana. I only responded to Bobrisky’s call, in which he made accusations against Femi Falana. I choose not to believe Femi Falana would be associated with that, and if so, I would be disappointed”.
