A female student at the University of Abuja, UNIABUJA, has caused uproar after setting fire to a hostel.
As the fire caught and spread throughout the area, the unstable young woman could be seen staring on.
VisioTalks learned that the unidentified student had also prohibited others from attempting to extinguish the flames.
As of the time of filing this report, the university had yet to issue a statement on the matter.
