Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the terminal’s operations, including vehicle dispatch, courier services, passenger services, and schedule compliance.
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve issues by supervising employees, including drivers, dispatchers, loaders, and customer service representatives.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of packages, baggage handling, ticketing, and check-in for effectiveness and security.
- Make sure that safety rules and legal requirements are followed.
- To guarantee precise and prompt deliveries, keep an eye on the courier package’s receipt, storage, dispatch, and tracking.
- Optimize terminal costs, keep the area tidy, and make sure the facilities are operating properly.
- Address passenger grievances and improve client satisfaction.
- Monitor the performance of operations and create reports for senior management on a regular basis.
- To increase efficiency, identify process improvements and put them into action.
- Keep abreast of market developments and cooperate across divisions to ensure efficient operations.
- Enforce world-class standards for excellent service delivery in the hotel and cultivate a devoted clientele.
Candidate Profile
- A BSc or HND from an accredited tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the passenger transport or courier industry.
- A strong network of clients willing to support and engage with the brand.
- Proactive and equipped with excellent managerial skills
