It has been reported that a 34-week pregnant surrogate mother absconded with twins that belonged to a couple who had been waiting for a child since 2006.
This was posted on X, the platform that was formerly known as Twitter.
The post claims that the couple has been trying for 19 years to conceive.
The post read: “Omo!!!! Surrogate mother vanished with couple’s twin babies at 34 weeks. The couple has been waiting since 2006—19 whole years! The biological mother will be 50 this year and is gradually losing it. Imagine. Why are people so heartless?”
The post quickly gained traction, with many concerned individuals flooding the comment section to share their thoughts.
