Itegbe Irene Awele, a student from Nigeria, elevates costume day by dressing up as controversial lifestyle influencer Bobrisky.
Recall that Bobrisky was detained and imprisoned by the EFCC for naira mutilation a few months prior. He later entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to six months in prison.
Lately, Irene—who appeared to be a fan of Bobriksy—recreated his EFCC mugshot as her go-to costume for costume day.
While Bobrisky’s offence was ‘naira mutilation’, Irene’s was ‘alleged BBL’.
By sharing the post on the X platform, the student gave an explanation for why she changed a few things in her mugshot—using EFEC rather than EFCC.
“Efec because quite frankly I’m not ready to do #freeawele😭,” she captioned the post.
Since then, her costume day out has generated amusing responses on social media from people who thought it was clever, while others are concerned that she may soon be arrested.
