“She must clean and cool my bed.”- A 27-year-old wealthy Nigerian man advertises a job opening, prompting outrage on social media

In an unexpected turn of events, a wealthy Nigerian man has sparked a firestorm of criticism after posting a contentious job posting for a housekeeper.

The man, described as a young, single, and busy entrepreneur, sparked outrage by laying out explicit job requirements, including sharing a bed with the successful applicant.

The job posting, which went viral on social media, drew immediate attention and condemnation.

The employer, a 27-year-old self-proclaimed business guru who works from home, claimed to have little time for socializing and was looking for a girl between the ages of 20 and 24 to help with housework, cooking, and fulfilling his intimate desires.

For these services, he even offered a salary of N50,000-N60,000.

The advertisement quickly drew the attention of Twitter user @belyndaa_, who vented her rage and decided to confront the employer.

She expressed her displeasure in a series of tweets.

She penned;

“Since I saw this, I have been greatly disturbed. I have called and cussed but it’s still not enough. I want to even go as far as accepting the job so I can see the foolish guy and beat him up.”

“By all means, be financially okay before bringing kids into this world. There are some animals out there, disguising as humans who might take advantage of your less-privileged children. Continue grinding, folks.”

“This is inevitable sha. There will be more of these types of job offers going forward because of the way our society is shaping.”
