Rudeboy reaches out to twin brother through lawyer amid music rights dispute

Controversy surrounding Nigerian music duo, Psquare escalates as Peter Okoye reveals twin brother Paul’s contact through a lawyer amid ongoing music rights dispute.

The feud between the Psquare duo reignited following Peter’s latest release, ‘Attention’, which Rudeboy claimed was sampled from his unreleased album slated for June 2025..

Peter dismissed criticism of his recent social media altercation with his twin brother in a recent Instagram post.

Peter disputed Rudeboy’s assertions, claiming to have proof to the contrary.

Peter also disclosed that Rudeboy has contacted him via a lawyer in an attempt to have his most recent song, “Attention,” taken down from all music platforms.

His post reads, “Call us names, call us childish; it is fine.I get it, but if someone says something untrue about me and I have proof, I have the right to defend myself.

“Let’s stay WINNING.Even though you did not know any @calypso60music, you claimed to have written the song. Then how come @calypso60music and I are now telling you what to sing?”.

“JUST FOR THE RECORD GUYS! Written by a lawyer, Jude and Paul are making every effort to remove the song from all music platforms. But i will fight will the end. 🙅‍♂️”.

I wrote “WINNING” alongside @calypso60music, with my chest full.
