
Concern has been raised by a Nigerian TikToker who was allegedly arrested by police for participating in the 30-day rant challenge and posting content that was critical of President Tinubu’s administration.
In a series of viral videos that went viral on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter), the content creator described how he and a group of people were arrested by police while en route to a market square to film.
He claimed they were held for several hours at the police station.
“We were picked up at the market square while shooting content for the 30-day rant challenge. We spent over three hours at the station,” he lamented in the video.
He also made several allegations against the police and the Nigerian government.
As the video gained traction online, concerned individuals took to the comment section to share their thoughts on the incident.
