A young man who was tired of waiting for a loan repayment offered his debtor a deal that included payment through his newly engaged fiancee.
During a Judging Matters episode presided over by Justice Hon. Busola Williams, a debtor was dragged to a hearing by a benefactor who bemoaned the overdue payment.
When asked by the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the man in question stunned everyone by revealing that he attempted to reach an agreement with his debtor’s fiancee as collateral.
“He doesn’t want to pay. I called him; I told him ‘if you don’t pay me my money, or avoid me. I will show you my action’. I gave him two option; pay me my money or let me be polishing your new fiancee that you want to get married to,” he said.
