A lady has triggered widespread discussion online after sharing a controversial account involving her pastor-neighbour and his wife inside a residential compound.
According to her post, the pastor—who lives with his family in a separate building within the same compound and has four children—allegedly caught his wife in a private moment at home.
She claimed the incident escalated after the pastor discovered his wife masturbating, which reportedly left him furious and deeply upset.
In her words, the pastor described the act as “an abomination” and allegedly refused to allow his wife back into the home, insisting that it meant “he is not man enough” to continue the marriage. She further claimed that the situation took a traditional turn, with suggestions that the wife would need to undergo some form of ritual cleansing.
The lady who shared the story expressed surprise at what she described as a clash between religious identity and traditional beliefs, questioning how a pastor could still rely on cultural rituals in handling a marital issue.
