Nigerian police break silence on Verydarkman’s arrest, detention

The Nigerian Police have addressed viral reports regarding the arrest and detention of controversial critic, Verydarkman.

VISIOTALKS previously reported that Kokopee, a close associate of Verydarkman, claimed that he was detained by the Nigerian police as part of an ongoing investigation into a video that went viral that showed him wearing a police uniform.

The Nigerian Police, meanwhile, responded to the reports in a post on Instagram.

The post verified that Verydarkman had been taken into custody and that charges of impersonation were pending against the critic.
